It is with great enthusiasm that I thank you for the work you have done for the District 3 “Sacramento presence” office. You have had to work in the worst possible conditions and space limitations and still have done a superlative job and with a positive attitude.
On behalf of the Society, thank you for your assistance which played an important role in the relocation of our Government Relations Division 1201 K Street. Essential services were provided on schedule and with minimal downtime to our day-to-day operations.
Our plant administration office has recently taken on remodeling. Part of our upgrading was metal office furniture and equipment. We have over 300 office furniture items, such as desks, bookcases, filing cabinets, and drafting tables that needed refinishing.
After completing the rearrangement of our entire administrative and clerical floor plan, we recognized that the wide variety and conditions of the furnishings did not enhance the appearance of the upgraded surroundings.
I would like to thank you and your employees for the quick and efficient painting of our office furniture. As you know, we had a variety of color schemes running through the office and your service helped us to pull it all together to make a more professional looking office.
When I came into the office this morning I was just amazed. New cabinets? No, we were having them painted over the weekend I remembered. I would like to take this opportunity to commend you and your painting crew on the service performed this past weekend. I was not on site to assist your crew, but my associate was very impressed with your efficiency from beginning the prep work to the actual painting.
